Step 2 · /my-day
Open My Day or Technician — pick an assigned RO. Note stall-risk if the job is waiting on a part.
Expect: Job list without full owner chrome; overlay is not a new RO status
Step 3 · RO / inspections
Open inspection findings — add ATTENTION finding.
Expect: Finding listed on job
Step 4 · RO
Convert finding → estimate line OR defer.
Expect: Line or deferred opportunity
Step 5 · Labour
Start/stop labour timer on the job.
Expect: One open entry; billable hours recorded
Step 6 · Finding media
Note offline DVI photo queue (N70) if testing offline path.
Expect: Photos queue when offline — Live+
Honesty caveats
- Do not market as full OEM diagnostic database.
- Offline is same-WiFi / PWA-oriented — not a claim of zero connectivity forever.
