What you get today
Workshop Wrench is early-access shop software. The public live demo is a shared seeded garage with fictional customers. A trial tenant (signup) is the path for your own shop records. We do not claim SOC 2, Connected partner logos, or a 99.9% SLA.
Acceptable use
Do not put real customer PII into the shared demo. Do not probe other tenants. Do not use the service to send spam. Tenant isolation is mandatory: every business query is scoped by tenant.
Billing
Published list prices are on /pricing. Self-serve Stripe Customer Portal is not live until platform keys are configured. Shop customer invoices (GST) are a separate money path from SaaS subscription billing.
