Walk stall-risk on My Day, last-unit parts conflict, mock booking confirmation sequence, and the in-app owner briefing. Local/demo — not Connected SMS or BI.

Wave A floor-ops in the seeded garage. Stall-risk is a heuristic overlay. SMS confirmation is mock. Digest is in-app first. Never Connected partners.

Step 1 · /my-day
Login as [email protected] and open My Day. Find a job waiting on a part.
Expect: Stall-risk badge — not a new RO status
Step 2 · /parts
Login as owner. Open Parts. Approve two jobs that share a last unit, or inspect the conflict alert on a seeded SKU.
Expect: Last-unit conflict is system qty, not a stocktake
Step 3 · /bookings
Open Bookings / comms timeline on a seeded booking.
Expect: Instant / 48h / morning-of sequence labelled mock SMS
Step 4 · /reports
Open Reports — weekly owner briefing.
Expect: Plain-language digest in-app; SMTP mock
Step 5 · /desktop
Optional: open the Electron Shop shell only after pnpm dev:electron:check is green.
Expect: Desktop window is not production evidence
Honesty caveats
- Do not claim live Twilio, live EFTPOS, or Connected warehouse analytics.
- Ops login/onboarding controls are platform-only — not a public marketing page.
- Electron is unsigned local packaging. Not a Microsoft Store or Mac App Store listing.
