No-show tracking
Every time a booking ends as a no-show or late cancellation, Workshop Wrench records it. Advisors see the pattern before confirming the next slot — not after wasting a bay.
How it works
A no-show that goes unrecorded is just lost time. A no-show that is tracked becomes a pattern you can act on.
On the bookings diary, a single click marks the appointment as a no-show or late cancellation. No notes required — the record updates instantly.
Every customer record displays their cumulative no-show count. The same count is shown at booking time so advisors make informed decisions before confirming the slot.
Workshop Wrench calculates a no-show risk indicator from historical rate. High-risk customers are flagged in the booking confirmation flow — not discovered after the bay sits empty.
Risk levels
Low risk
0–1 no-shows in history. Book without restriction.
Medium risk
2–3 no-shows. Advisor sees the flag at confirmation. Consider a reminder call.
High risk
4+ no-shows or recent consecutive no-shows. Strong flag shown at booking time.
