Roadmap

Public marketing is live at workshopwrench.com.au (Cloudflare Pages). The Vercel alias workshop-wrench-www tracks the same Git tree.
Shop and API production (Cloud Run / Cloud SQL) is scaffold in Terraform and is not applied. Do not treat demo tenants as a live AU production vault.
Intended production region is Australia (GCP australia-southeast1 in the scaffold). That is a plan, not a live certificate.
Local and demo stacks still run on the developer machine / Docker Postgres — tenant queries are filtered by tenantId in code.

Security

HTTPS only. No plain-text credentials.

Live

All traffic is TLS-only. HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.
Authentication uses JWT Bearer tokens (short-lived) + HttpOnly session cookies — no plain-text passwords stored anywhere.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage.
Per-tenant data isolation: every query is scoped to the authenticated tenant. No shared tables without tenant-key filtering.
Audit events recorded for role changes, invoice actions, and RO status transitions.

Honest caveat

SOC 2 Type II certification is not yet in progress. We are an early-stage product. Enterprise compliance packages will be scoped when we reach that stage. Do not rely on an SOC 2 attestation — we do not have one.

Privacy

AU Privacy Act compliant. No data selling.

Compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Customer data collected and stored by Workshop Wrench is used solely to provide the service to the workshop and their customers.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Roadmap

No formal SLA is published yet. We are an early-stage product.
Targeting 99.5% monthly uptime only after dedicated GCP production is applied and on-call exists.
Current public marketing origin is Cloudflare Pages. Shop/API is not a production Cloud Run service.
Status copy lives at /status and must not invent an AWS production tier.

Honest caveat

If uptime SLAs are a hard requirement for your business, we are not ready for that conversation yet. We will publish an SLA when we can back it with infrastructure and on-call coverage.
