How it works
Workshop Wrench tracks every part from catalogue search to final invoice line, with no manual reconciliation.
Advisor searches the parts catalogue and adds lines to the estimate. Stock on-hand is shown before the part is committed.
When the estimate is approved, the part is reserved against the RO. Available stock decrements so the same unit cannot be double-sold.
Ordered parts arrive and are receipted into stock. Cost updates flow automatically — no spreadsheet reconciliation required.
On RO close the invoice records sell price and cost price. Margin reports are accurate without any manual adjustment.
