Step 1 · RO detail
Open an RO with estimate lines awaiting auth (or create lines).
Expect: Pending lines visible
Step 2 · /portal/:token
Issue portal token / open portal link from app tooling.
Expect: Token URL works without staff session
Step 3 · Portal
As customer: approve or decline a line.
Expect: Decision writes back to RO
Step 4 · Invoice / portal pay
Review invoice pay URL path; note Stripe stub vs live by keys.
Expect: Honest collection path
Honesty caveats
- SMS deep links use mock by default — Twilio only when keys set.
- Do not claim unlimited two-way SMS packaging.
